Dear ones,

Today I’m sharing a Yoga Nidra meditation practice, also known as “yogic sleep.” This style of meditation is my go-to whenever I’m feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or simply out of touch with myself.

It’s best to do this practice lying on your back. I recommend covering yourself with blankets (because your body temperature may drop) and putting a pillow or bolster beneath your knees.
