Experience the power of womb healing: Enter deep feminine consciousness!

Connect with your creative desires in this guided meditation and introduction to womb healing

Prepare to enter deep feminine consciousness in this womb healing meditation!

The womb is a radical voice of authenticity that cuts through bullshit, people-pleasing, and shame and leads us back to our creativity, freedom, and innocence.

The womb is the center of deep feminine consciousness. Every human on earth has a womb memory. Even if you’ve had a hysterectomy, the intelligence of this energy remains.

Male bodies also have this center of knowing. It’s called hara, a Japanese word that refers to the physical and spiritual center of the body, located in the lower abdomen. Hara is the ultimate center of chi, your life force, the energy that flows through you and through everything. This is the power of your womb.

Womb healing is liberation

⁣Most of us spend our lives hiding our true power, radiance, and vitality. We get a taste of it and it scares us, so we turn away and shrink into the limiting beliefs that are constricting but ultimately, comfortable and familiar.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
No matter how hard we try, we cannot think our way to awakening.⁣ ⁣You have to feel it. We can not think our way into new ways of being because we can not heal what we can not feel. This is the path of embodied wisdom.

If we want to have a direct experience of our vibrancy, our aliveness, our divinity, we have to descend into the womb; the seat of our soul, where our power and magic come alive, where we return home to ourselves.⁣⁣

The womb is also where we store our grief and hurt and all the wounds that keep us fragmented. It can function like an emotional junk-drawer, filled with energetic imprints of past relationships, lovers, emotional memories, and trauma. We can feel deep grief and shame that somehow we allowed this to happen to us, or were powerless to stop it. Imprints can stay buried in our subconscious, creating energetic blocks in our womb space, which we can experience as inauthenticity and self-doubt. ⁣⁣

These deep feminine wounds need great tenderness and gentleness, not judgement. We can learn to hold our younger self, who may have lacked discernment, often rooted in the loss of feminine initiations in our culture and the lack of teachings about self-love.

“Tell the truth about your wound, and then you will get a truthful picture of the remedy to apply to it. Don't pack whatever is easiest or most available into the emptiness. Hold out for the right medicine. You will recognize it because it makes your life stronger rather than weaker.”

-Clarissa Pinkola Estes

Brilliant ideas, awareness, and meaningfulness can flow in through our wounds.

Our erotic wounds are creative clues. They can lead us to our deepest shadows and bring them to the light.

Womb healing can heal ancestral patterning as every egg in your ovaries were present when you were in your mother’s womb, and the egg of you was present in your grandmother’s womb.

Self-healing is remembering. We can safely and gently clear our womb when we create the intention to connect with ourselves and our knowing. From here, we can plant a creative seed in the fertile black velvet void of our womb and experience co-create our reality. This is the magic of life.

Plant a seed of a creative desire

The patterns of creative flow that arise from the womb are the most powerful energy rhythms for building and sustaining a woman’s creative life and dreams.⁣⁣ Though we may listen to her in regard to birthing babies, we ought to be listening in terms of our whole creative lives.

Consider how you are presently using your feminine energy to create or sustain aspects of your life. Is this how you want to be using your creative essence?

Is there anything else that calls to you?

Are you nourishing yourself as part of your creative process?

When we clear our womb space, the fire of our soul begins to burn un-interrupted, and we are then able to live from our unique essence, effortlessly creating from a place of power.⁣
