I loved our hug.Thank you for seeking me out! I love my morning meditation time with added sending love to my loved ones individually and to the world and taking in pain where that applies and my Reiki brushing and my yogic mudra practice. I love the whole bodyness of your practice and will think more about incorporating some other practices. Mary Rees

This is a beautiful article! I love having a morning routine and implementing practices for connection with my higher self is always a priority for me. I like to take my mornings very gently and not rush them. I like to set aside about 30 minutes to do something with my higher self such as drawing, automatic writing, reading, or just sitting outside drinking some tea!

Thank you for this helpful reminder of the importance of this practice!

I love my morning routine. I was away at my parents for a few days and it’s crazy how it just fell apart and then affected the rest of my day. But it makes me appreciate it that much more! Mine involved my supplements, doing the previous night’s dishes (which I find therapeutic), taking my dogs for a walk without any technology, and making some decaf coffee. I always like to use my mornings to relax and ease into the day. I often spend them writing whether that’s for my newsletter, articles on Medium, or in my journal. It’s something I really enjoy and always look forward to doing when the world is still quiet and still. Then I end off the morning with a workout and meditation. Usually yoga or weight lifting depending on my cycle and mood! Also loving your meditations by the way. I’ve been surprised by how short they feel. I never thought I could meditate more than 10min and then did one of your 20min ones like it was nothing! Thank you! - Madison
