Thanks so much for your insight, Christina. Here I am thinking I’m on a healing journey on my own when it hits me that whatever healing I’m doing is very surfacy if there is such a word. I need to do a lot more work for and on me to be at a level where I’m co tent if there is such a thing since I’m never satisfied and always wanting more I gues, to prove myself to others. I only need to prove myself to me and heal myself for me! Thanks again!

Thanks Enaid, it was a big lesson for me and now that I see it as a pattern of mine, I can be more compassionate toward myself. They call it a healing "journey" for a reason :)
