Sure why not? Or try rose petals! I mix raspberry leaf, nettles, and rose often. Also, maybe try to drink it cold? To each their own, I love nettles cold!

Yes! Stinging Nettle. Urtica dioica, often known as common nettle, burn nettle, or nettle leaf... and yes gloves are great because they can sting!
