Welcome, dear one.

The Antidote is a newsletter featuring essential healing methods for the modern woman. Our mission is to inspire women to realize their fullest potential through educational content, guided meditation, and self-reflection tools.

The stressors and distractions of modern life leaves millions of women disconnected, numb, and out-of-touch with their feminine power. The Antidote spreads restorative energy for self-love and spiritual nourishment to help women reconnect with who they are, their body, and the earth.

We celebrate the feminine spirit of creativity, sensuality, intuition, and wisdom. We believe meditation and holistic well-being practices are a foil for personal, professional, and spiritual growth. Because all women should in touch with their innate feminine power and have resources and tools to integrate well-being into their daily lives.

What clients are saying:

“Working with Christina allowed me to come alive within myself in new ways, and achieve things in my career that I have been aiming for for years.”

- Christine Owenell, Business Consultant & Coach

“During my 6 months with Christina, I increased my income by 45%, formed an LLC, moved into a new, spacious apartment, came to peace with a personal health issue, found a new sense of style and confidence, and met a man I really enjoy being around after almost 4 years of shallow off and on dating. Most significantly for me, I became more adept at conflict, decision making, and practicing emotional containment and expression.”

- Emily Marquis, Communication Strategist & Entrepreneur

In my twenties, I was diagnosed with the earliest stages of cervical cancer.

As a young woman, I graduated top of my class, became a licensed CPA, worked for multiple Fortune 500 companies, and grew into a successful media executive. I worked hard and did well. And yet I was completely, utterly, exhausted. With this diagnosis, I was faced with the sobering question, what was it all for? With all I had accomplished, why did I feel so empty?

Every doctor I saw recommended the same thing: an invasive surgery to remove part of my cervix. For some time, I was torn. But a deep inner knowing led me down a path of self-healing. My body was sending me a message: it was time to make some changes.

I embarked on an intensive journey to deeply heal myself on a cellular, emotional, generational, and spiritual level, a path that brought me home to myself, the wisdom of my body, and the feminine way of ease, trust, and flow. My healing journey was an initiation into the womanly arts, a descent to reclaim my freedom and the need for an inner, female authority in a masculine-oriented society. It was a voyage of spiritual and creative recovery.

I worked with teachers, healers, and coaches of all kinds. I found solace and power in women circles. I grew to understand the importance of being supported in transformation. This recognition awakened a deep desire to support other women and to transform my health crisis into a mission in service of strong, empowered, and body-wise women.

In the years since, I've built out a leading coaching program to share my wisdom with ambitious, heart-led women.

It is my joy and honor to share this path with you. May The Antidote be a map for you to pursue deep healing with courage.

With so much love,

Christina
