Your Body is a Compass
Our body is our vehicle through which we dream up, create, hold space, build, communicate and show up. Our hormones affect everything - our physical stamina, creativity, mental agility, intuition, and communication abilities.
Each phase of the menstrual cycle has different qualities and brings out different skill sets, emotions, mindsets, and bodily experiences. Just like a compass has the ability to change with the wind's directions, our cycles shift and change through phases, ebbing and flowing, waxing and waning, responding to the inner delicate dance of our hormones.
In FLOW STATE, I am sharing how to utilize all four phases of the cycle to optimize productivity, manage stress, and experience peak performance. By designing work and life in harmony with each phase's enhanced abilities, we are able to work with natural motivation, creativity and insight to achieve our goals.
The menstrual cycle is a HUGE unrealized personal and work asset.
I see so many working women, entrepreneurs, and new mothers burning themselves out, pushing their bodies over limits, pursuing their life’s desires in survival mode. But there is another way, a more sustainable way. The key is living in sync with your cycle.
By syncing with your cycle you can finally take the guesswork out of your moods, energy level, feelings and needs, and you’ll know exactly how to plan your to-do’s during the phase of your cycle where your energy is strongest… even if your cycle is irregular… and even if you don’t have a cycle at all.
Trust me, I've been there. I’ve burned out. And guess what...it wasn't my work or relationships that suffered.
It was my own health.
My own body.
My own cycle.
Healing and empowerment occurred for me when I began to honor my cyclical nature.
You are worthy of a peaceful body and a thriving business and career.
It is possible to be tender and gentle with your body and run a business, family, or team at the same time.

With so much love,

What clients are saying:
“Christina grounded me in a time when my life felt like chaos. With life moving so fast paced, always on a deadline and a hectic schedule, working with Christina allowed me the space to pause and check-in with myself and my body. I didn't realize how much I needed this accountability to tuning into myself—I looked forward to my sessions with Christina every week. I learned so much about myself, my body, and my menstrual cycle—and most importantly, how to listen to my body to live life more authentically.”
